Stephanie Sandefur and Chamblin Lartigue are Alabama Licensed REALTORS® with Bellator Real Estate on the Alabama Gulf Coast. Stephanie and Chamblin joined forces in November 2022 and have been unstoppable ever since. Stephanie was most recently awarded the 2022 Bellator Top Outgoing Referral Agent as well as the 2022 Bellator Eric A Jones Award of Excellence. The Eric A Jones Award of Excellence is given annually to the Bellator Agent who in the eyes of his or her peers demonstrates a tireless pursuit for excellence in every endeavor, with a selfless attitude and an overall zest for his or her profession. Stephanie has also remained a Top Producer of the Fairhope office from 2018-2022. In addition to her Real Estate and Art, she spends time playing tennis at the Mike Ford Tennis center, attending Fairhope Football, Wrestling and Track events as well as local charity events.

Chamblin is a graduate of Auburn University with a bachelor’s in Business Administration and Marketing with a concentration in Sales and a minor in Finance. This well-rounded education, alongside her experience through real estate courses she pursued to earn her license, have prepared her to service clients with great attention to detail, industry knowledge, and creativity of how to market their property in its best light in a competitive housing market. Not being a stranger to the Gulf Coast, Chamblin grew up in Fairhope, AL and comes from a hard-working family of business owners, owning the popular Lartigue Seafood establishment. Stephanie and Chamblin desire to help others plant roots in the Baldwin County they grew up to know and love!
