You really did a great job! We couldn't have done it without you, on several levels. We certainly trusted your expertise,. And your availability in communicating was wonderful. You really do work hard and do a great job of looking like you're not. I always appreciated how present you were in our interactions even when you clearly had about 500 others balls in the air. Julie Ellison

From the moment we met her at an open house, we knew we wanted her to help us sell our home when the time came. She has a great balance of professionalism and personal approach, not high pressure. When we were ready, so was she. She guided us through the process carefully and answered all our questions and concerns clearly. She had our home on the market quickly, scheduled an open house that first Sunday and we received an offer that Monday!! Other houses in our neighborhood are still on the market! We had closing within weeks. When there was a problem with the wire transfer Julie reached out to Hazelwood immediately and was able to help resolve the problem. Chamblin Lartigue

We began working with Chamblin Lartigue about 18 months ago . I wanted to get a feel for the market we were planning on moving to. We were life long residents of Buffalo New York. I contacted a few agents to see which one would be a good fit. I received the standard listings every week but that's about it. Chamblin actually called and asked if what we were receiving was what we wanted, I knew then we had a quality realtor. We kept in contact until our visit in August Chamblin was ultra prepared with showings and we found our home in two days. From the offer to the closing Chamblin was supportive and very helpful!
