If I ever need to buy another house. Julie is the person I will go to. When buying my first home, I didn't know where to even start and she helped me every step of the way. From finding a loan to viewing houses to finally closing day, Julie was there every step of the way and happily answered the million questions I had in the process. I would definitely pick her again if I ever need her help!

From the moment we met her at an open house, we knew we wanted her to help us sell our home when the time came. She has a great balance of professionalism and personal approach, not high pressure. When we were ready, so was she. She guided us through the process carefully and answered all our questions and concerns clearly. She had our home on the market quickly, scheduled an open house that first Sunday and we received an offer that Monday!! Other houses in our neighborhood are still on the market! We had closing within weeks. When there was a problem with the wire transfer Julie reached out to Hazelwood immediately and was able to help resolve the problem. My wife, Janice, and I are very grateful for all that Julie did to help us through a difficult decision to sell our home of over ten years as we began a new chapter in our lives. Julie Ellison was great through out the home buying process. She sent me many listings to view and we discussed them all. She showed me a bunch of houses and I found one that was the best fit. She help make an offer on the house and was always on top of the process. We communicated frequently and she was always prompt with texts, calls and emails as needed throughout the process.
