Chamblin Lartigue

We began working with Chamblin Lartigue about 18 months ago . I wanted to get a feel for the market we were planning on moving to. We were life long residents of Buffalo New York. I contacted a few agents to see which one would be a good fit. I received the standard listings every week but that's about it. Chamblin actually called and asked if what we were receiving was what we wanted, I knew then we had a quality realtor. We kept in contact until our visit in August Chamblin was ultra prepared with showings and we found our home in two days. From the offer to the closing Chamblin was supportive and very helpful! We are Blessed to have worked with her! If you looked up southern hospitality in the dictionary . Her picture would appear on that page! BELLATOR you have a gem working for you!

Julie Ellison

Julie Ellison was great through out the home buying process. She sent me many listings to view and we discussed them all. She showed me a bunch of houses and I found one that was the best fit. She help make an offer on the house and was always on top of the process. We communicated frequently and she was always prompt with texts, calls and emails as needed throughout the process. She recommended people for banks, insurance companies and others as needed for the buying and closing processes. She was kind, thoughtful and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
