From the moment we met her at an open house, we knew we wanted her to help us sell our home when the time came. She has a great balance of professionalism and personal approach, not high pressure. When we were ready, so was she. She guided us through the process carefully and answered all our questions and concerns clearly. She had our home on the market quickly, scheduled an open house that first Sunday and we received an offer that Monday!! Other houses in our neighborhood are still on the market! We had closing within weeks. When there was a problem with the wire transfer Julie reached out to Hazelwood immediately and was able to help resolve the problem. My wife, Janice, and I are very grateful for all that Julie did to help us through a difficult decision to sell our home of over ten years as we began a new chapter in our lives. We highly recommend her to anyone needing someone to help them in the sale of their home.
