Stephanie was an absolute life saver! She was so willing to jump through hoops and help us even in last minute situations. She went above and beyond what I expected her to help us with. Stephanie Sandefur was our Bellator Agent, assisted by Chamblin Lartigue. These two agents were not only navigating the sale of a property that had been in our family for 90 years but 3 different family members with 3 personalities and perspectives---including and especially our 94-year old matriarch. They were professional, empathetic, and sensitive to each of our work styles---definitely kept the sale on track and successful.

Where do I begin. We've been working with Stephanie for just about 5 years and she has been nothing but gracious! We appreciate her so much and thank her for all of the hard work that she has put in to helping us find our next home! When we ever decide to move again we will for sure use her! I cannot say enough about Stephanie Sandefur . She was very professional in every way , ALWAYS would return phone calls make very good suggestions , follow thru and keep me up to date on any problem that came up . She would constantly check on my home while I had to be out of town with family medical issues . I am so appreciative of her and all of the effort she put in to get my property sold . I would not have second thoughts about recommending her to anyone .
